This set of cards was a request by one of vendors I deal with. She had viewed my gallery & found a similar card I had made last year but it was a 5X5 card, she wanted 12 of the 5X4 cards with envelopes. I stamped the image with black stazon & colored with watercolor pencils. I made a matching box to fit all 12 cards plus the envelopes.

Army Log Cabin Quilt

I wanted to make a quilt for a good friend of mine in San Diego. As soon as I seen the Army fabric, I knew what I wanted to make & thought this was perfect. The pattern is called Log Cabin by Eleanor Burns. All fabrics are 100% cotton including the backing. The inside is Warm & Natural Batting. The quilt is a double size.

Kids Fish Cards

Since I was making a fish card, my 6yr old daughter wanted to make her own fish card. Erin stamped all images, colored & cut out. She wanted some raised so she used 3D dots & made her own sand by making tan dots with a marker. She hand wrote the sentiment which says "Back to the Sea".

Fishy Friends, Fish Frolics & Fiskras Fish stamps were used.

My other daughter Kaitlyn who is 8yrs old also wanted to make a fish card while I was making one. She stamped all images & colored. She made her own bubbles with a blue marker by adding dots.

Reflections Fish Clear stamps, Fish Frolics, Fiskras Fish stamps were used.

FS226 Making A Splash

Congratulations Taylor aka stagccva for being Featured Stamper. I chose your Three Little Fish CARD.
I could never have to many fish cards because of the occupation I'm in. I'm always looking at creating different fish cards when I need them so this was perfect.
I used SU basic black cs as the base. I layered with DCWV Shimmery blue stationary cs. I used GP white cs as the panel. I used a medium circle punch on SU basic black cs & I used a small circle punch on GP white cs. I ran the small circles through the CB bubbles EF. I stamped the fish on watercolor paper, used primascolor pencils with mineral spirits & blending stumps. I then cut out the fish, used the 2way glue & added Diamond Dust. The fish are raised with 3D squares. I added black metal stickers on the corners. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon. I tried different ribbons, but instead cut a piece of SU basic black cs, used scissors to make the "V" at the end of the strip.

I stamped the image with versa mark ink on GP white cs. I used black embossing powder, then the heat gun to set. I colored with SU markers. I then layered with SU basic black cs. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon. I used the MS butterfly punch on SU basic black & added 3 white pearls to each butterfly. The base of the card is GP white cs.

Teacher Tote Bags

It's the end of the school year & I wanted to make each of my daughter's teacher's quilted tote bags. I let my daughter's pick out the fabrics which was school theme. It's 1:30am on a work night & I stitched the teacher's name on the wrong bag. The purple one should have gone to Erin's teacher & the yellow one should have gone to Kaitlyn's teacher. I'm hoping that won't bother my girls.
All fabrics are 100% cotton. I used polyester batting to make the bag thicker & machine quilted.

SC334 Bikini Beauty

This is for today's sketch challenge. I don't know why I got intimated by using circles tonight but this was alright. I used SU chocolate chip cs as the base. I layered with SU barely banana cs, then ran it through the CB Swiss Dot EF. I cut a strip of Imaginisce dp. I used a large circle punch on SU chocolate chip cs. I used a medium circle on SU Brocade Blue cs then used the CB Big Dot EF. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs then colored with SU markers. I added mini diamond rhinestones for the earrings. I used the SU matt stack to pierce holes on each corner. I added a pink prima flower then attached a bikini brad to the center. The panel is raised with 3D squares.

I hope I don't look like this when I get old. I bought this image from a stamp convention that was here 2 wks ago.

WOW! Two great challenges tonight which is sentiment under the image & a sketch challenge by Regina's CARD. I used DCWV shimmery light teal stationary cs found at Joanns for $2.97 on clearance with 20 sheets. I ran the card front through the CB Big Dot EF. I also used the CB thin dots border ef on the same shimmery cs with the reverse dots facing down so I could adhere the mini white pearls to each hole. (you'd think I could the pearls on straight with the holes? NOT) I layered with a strip of GP white cs. I used the Fiskars butterfly punch, ran it through the CB Swiss Dot ef, then added 2 mini white pearls. I used a MS sticker with roses stuck in the MS oval die cut. I tied thin white ribbon, then stuck a mini teal brad through the ribbon & wrapped it around & pierced a hole through both layers of the die cuts. The oval panel is raised with 3D squares. The sentiment is stamped on the inside of the 2nd oval die cut.

QFTD61 Sunflowers

Congratulations Joanne aka sleepyinseattle for being Queen. I chose this beautiful CARD as my case.

I scored at Big Lots on these MS Sunflower 3D stickers. They come 14 flowers a pack with 3 packs inside for $2.00 where as Michaels sells one pack for $5.99...so you get 42 sunflowers for $2.00

I used GP white cs as the base. I used the CB thin flowers ef on each side. I felt like I needed to use the MS Score board on each side of the squares because if I didn't it was a big gap. I used the MM square punches on SU Chocolate Chip cs & GP white cs. I added medium white pearls to the centers of the flowers as well on the embossed flowers.

Things I changed: left off sentiment, different ef, stickers

I hardly use stickers on my cards but I couldn't pass up a good deal on these.

WT323 Fabric Musical

This is the Ways To Use It which had to do something with a musical theme. I've been hoarding this music fabric thinking I was going to make a quilt instead I cut a piece and adhered it directly on the SU basic black cs that was embossed using the CB music folder. I wrapped a gold ribbon along the seam as well as the maroon ribbon slightly so you can see the gold underneath. I added a BIG pink/maroon prima flower. I added pink rhinestone swirls underneath. I also added 3 black 1/2 beads to the bottom. The base of the card is kraft.

I'm not sure if I like this, but it's almost 1:00am & I don't have time to start over.

Great sketch Roxi. I needed to make a wedding card for my friend who's getting married next month & I've been wanting to try the heart punch technique to make the outfits.
I used GP white cs as the base, ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder. The 2nd strip panel is SU Basic Black cs. I used the MS lace border punch, then cut a white strip & ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder. I used the CB Die Cut squirly squares on SU basic black cs, then again used the CB medium square die cut on the GP white cs. I then used the new CB roses embossing folder & added a mini white pearl to the square that's showing. I used the large CB Heart Die Cut for the outfits. I added black 1/2 pearls and a tiny red bow to the tuxedo. I used the CB Swiss Dot folder for the dress & added 3 medium 1/2 white pearls. The square panels is raised with 3D squares. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

TLC325 CAS119 Life

I decided to combine the technique challenge which is paper buttons & the CAS Word Inspiration challenge. While my button was drying, I was stamping the image.
I used an odd shape SU punch for the button because it looked perfect for the pot of flowers. I punched it five times with SU more mustard cs, then used my Crop-A-Dile for the holes after I adhered them all together. I used Glossy Accents over the button. I tied bakers twine for the bow. The image is stamped with black stazon, then colored with BIC It Markers. I added medium silver half beads to the flowers. The sentiment is also stamped with black stazon. The base of the card is GP white cs.

I went to the rubber stamping convention this weekend & stopped by the QKR Stampede booth, they were demonstrating the Fashion Flakes technique. It made me think of getting my flakes out that I've been hoarding through the years in fact, I think I bought these at the QKR Booth years ago. Thanks QKR. Here's their

I've been wanting to try Fashion Flakes Metallic Leafing technique so I tried it on the butterfly & sentiment. I used the MS glue pad & stamped the butterfly on SU basic black cs, then used the Fashion Flakes, I pat the flakes with a soft brush then rubbed off the access with a cloth. I then used the heat gun just to set it. I then cut out the butterfly. I did the same thing with the sentiment. I added 3 rust rhinestones to the bottom. I layered the 2nd panel with rust cs. The base of the card is SU basic black cs & well as the 2nd panel. The panel is raised with 3D squares

I used GP white cs as the base. I drew the lines with a black fine sharpie pen with my quilting ruler to make sure the sides were even. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon. I used the MM small square punch on SU basic black cs, then used the CB Swiss Dot folder. I also used the MS Butterfly all around the page punch on kraft cs then again used the MS butterfly punch on kraft as well. I added mini silver beads to the butterflies.

I was asked by a co-worker if I could make simple invitations for a baby boy shower. I used DCWV shimmery stationary cs blue but it looks teal. I printed out the words from the computer on regular paper. I stamped the images, then colored with SU markers.

This is for today's sketch challenge. I used a DCWV pre-embossed white card, layered with SU dp just enough on the inside of the edges. I layered all panels with Brazzill olive cs & SU dble sided dp. The main panel is GP white cs. I stamped the image with black stazon, colored with SU markers & added gold mini rhinestones. I stamped the sentiment with SU old olive ink & added a yellow fabric butterfly. The main panel is raised with 3D dots.

I think this has gotten my mojo back after a few days off from card making.

My 8yr old daughter Kaitlyn also wanted to make card using stickers. I already had the black scallop circle made as well as the red circle. She used 3D stickers & glued them directly on the CB swiss dot background. I let her use one of my pre-folded SU real red cards. The wooden ladybug was pink, she took the red marker & colored it to make it red then added tiny black dots with a fine black sharpie. She also stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

I couldn't get a good picture, even had to change cameras....I used SU creamy caramel as the base. I also used it on the 2nd layer, then ran it through the CB Script folder. I layered the 2nd panel is Studio G rose cs, then used the creamy caramel cs with the CB Swiss Dot folder. The panel is raised with 3D dots. I tied a cream satin ribbon & added a fabric butterfly with gems.

Cocoa For You Teachers

I needed to make something that had to do with chocolate so I thought of doing a mug card & putting a pack of hot cocoa on the inside for my daughter's teachers. I found the pattern HERE.
My 6yr daughter requested black, dark pink & white. I used the CB flowers folder, pearls, scallop border punch . The stamp is Inkadinkido (not sure of spelling). The sentiment had the word "coffee", I didn't put ink on that word so I could hand write "cocoa". The inside on the top, I used SU Rub Ons, but you can't see them with the cocoa.

My 8yr old daughter requested a brown, pink & white. I'm hoping their teachers like these. I liked the way they came out.

CARD.
I used GP white cs as the base, made it a 4X4 card only because the circle I used was swallowed by the 5X5 card. I used a large circle punch on the Mariposa Matstack dp, then used the paper trimmer to cut for the straight edge of the circle. I used the scallop border punch for the bottom. I used a SU Black marker for the part of the sentiment & used a SU Coral marker for the Dreams of the sentiment. I used MS butterfly punches then added white pearls. I also tied a white satin ribbon on top.

Things I changed: color scheme, used circle punch. left it a single layer card (I think Susan used a 2nd layer of white)

Painted Mother's Day Totes

My daughter's Kaitlyn who is 8yrs old & Erin who is 6yrs old went to Michaels with me today because they wanted to paint something for Mother's Day. They chose to paint me tote bags. I think they turned out well. It takes awhile for the paint to dry, therefore Erin smudged the "E" off her name, but I told her I could fix it.

What thoughtful little girls I have.

QFTD58 F4A62 Purple Butterfly

Decided to combine the 2 challenges today. Congratulations to Anne aka jdmommy for being Queen of the Day. I also used the Free For All challenge which is Ogres Have Layers, in other words more than 2 layers. Here is Anne's CARD

I used the same unknown purple cs for all the layers as well as the same GP white cs. I used the MM corner rounder on the bottom 2 corners & again on the 3rd panel. I I added pearls on each corner. I added a strip to go underneath the 3rd panel. I then tied a white ribbon bow. I used different CB folders on all panels. I used my brand new EK Success circle cutter for the 2 circles, then decided at last minute to add the MS doily because it fit perfectly on the purple circle. I used the MS Butterfly punch on the purple cs & added pearls. The 3rd panel & the circle panels are raised with pop dots.

Things I changed: colors, different CB folders (besides swiss dot), changed ribbon placement, added the extra strip layer

I think I have enough layers, what do you think?

This is for today's sketch challenge. I may take another picture tomorrow, I just couldn't get the right picture even with my big camera so you can see the sparkles on the butterfly dp.
I used GP white cs as the base of the card. I used Mariposa Matstack dp for the top & bottom of the card as my fronts. I ran the pink dp through the CB Script folder. I used a cream piece of ribbon lace to cover the seam & added a cream ribbon. I adhered a ribbon bow. The main panel is layered with Cloud 9 Design dp. I used peachy pink pearl swirls with small ceramic roses. I used the MS triple butterfly punch to make the 2 small butterflies and added the peach pearls. The sentiment says "MOM" on the brass brads. I used the MS branch & leaf punches on the same brown dp & then used a cream prima flower, then added a medium pink pearl. The main panel is raised using pop dots.

Thanks for the challenge, I couldn't figure out what image to use so I used pearls as my focus point.

I used bazzill black cs as the base. I layered with GP white cs, then Reflections pink cs. I ran the CB Swiss Dot folder through the pink cs. I used sticky zots to adhere different variations of black, pink & white buttons. I tied a black & white butterfly ribbon underneath. I added a pearl stick pin, then added 3 black beads & sewed the pink heart charm. The button panel is raised with 3D pop dots. I added ric rac on the bottom, not sure if I like it or not.

CAS116 Hello

This is for the CAS challenge which is Artist's Rule of 3. Make a card using 3 of something. I chose to make a BIG butterfly card. I used GP white cs to make the base.
I bought butterfly note cards in the dollar section at Michaels, I traced the butterfly on bright colored dp from K&Company, cut out then ran the CB Swiss Dot folder on the butterfly. I used white DMC floss on all the lime green buttons as well as the pink button. The pink button, I made the floss longer to make the antennas. I used a Fiskars flower punch on pink cs & blue cs, then added mini white pearls for the centers. The butterfly has 3D pop dots, so the butterfly is not flat directly on the cs. I cut a strip of lime green cs, then made it curvy with my scissors. I used the MS Picket Fence border punch on GP white cs. I stamped the 3 flowers with black stazon, colored with SU markers then added 3 rhinestones. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

Bright colored tote bag

Finally my mom could quit asking me if I finished the tote bag that goes with the bright colored quilt I made. When I went to put the bag together, I sewed the the strips the wrong direction, it should of went across instead up & down. I think it still came out pretty cute. This is for a 6yr old girl. All fabrics are 100% cotton, I used polyester batting & machine quilted.

This is for today's inspiration which is called Pink Vanilla Boutique. I chose this cute quilted pink & brown backpack.

I used pink cs from Reflections as the base. I then layered with SU chocolate chip cs. I used a medium circle punch on the pink cs, adhered. I used the CB Hound Tooth folder, then used my sewing machine for the actual sewing machine with brown thread. (not perfect that I would have liked, but didn't want to start over either). I cute a strip of pink cs, then used tacky tape so I could put the ribbon on the pink cs. I then made a bow, then used a 2 sticky dots to put the bow on the flat ribbon. I adhered a sticky dot on both sides of the ribbon tails. I then decided it needed a sentiment so I stamped "baby" with brown stazon on the same pink cs then used the medium circle punch. It's raised with a 3D square.

This is for the Free For All challenge which we had to use orange on our cards. The base of the card as well as the layer is GP white cs. I used the CB leaf folder. I also used MS butterfly punches on orange cs. I added white pearls. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

The base of the card & as well as the layer is GP white cs. I used the MS Butterfly punch (all around the page), I used Target $1 spot glitter dp underneath the punched butterflies. I added a white pearl to each butterfly. I tied a turquoise ribbon to the bottom, added 3 matching flower stickers. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

This is for the technique challenge which is called The Same, But Different. Same papers, embellishments but different layout & sentiment.
One card is layered with SU Old Olive cs & the other card is layered with SU chocolate chip cs. The dp's are from G.C.D. Studios. I used the MS border punch on both cards as well as the CB Swiss Dot folder. I used the Sizzix layered flower die cuts using the same cs & dp just interchanged the layers, still using the same papers. The flower is raised with 3D squares. I added medium white pearls to all the corners. On the Olive cs card, the sentiment says "Hi There" & the brown cs card the sentiment says "Hello".

Thanks Holly for challenging technique, it made me think hard on this one. I hope I followed the rules.

Congratulations Sue aka Coffeestamper for being Featured Stamper. I needed to make a sympathy card so I chose your white butterfly sympathy CARD.

I used GP white cs as the base. The 2nd layer is also GP white cs, ran it through the CB Textile folder. I used MM Square punch on the GP white cs, then ran it through the CB textile folder again. I also used a medium circle punch on GP white cs. I used the MS Triple Butterfly punch on peach cs, then ran the butterflies through the CB Swiss Dot folder. I added mini white pearls to the butterflies. I used an oblong punch for the sentiment, then stamped with Brown Stazon & added 2 more mini white pearls to each side. I tied a white organdy ribbon, then used the heat gun on the ribbon to make it crinkly. I couldn't find my sympathy stamp so I chose thinking of you.

Congratulations CarrollAnn for being Queen of the Day. I chose your cute seahorse CARD My best friend had given me several ceramic seahorses before she passed away, I thought this would be perfect to send to her mother whom I still keep in touch with. Her mom always loves my hand made cards.
I used teal textured cs as the base. I drew a circle on light teal cs, cut out then ran it through the CB bubbles folder. I also used the technique punch circle edge using a MS adhesive border strip. I used the CB shell die cut on mustard cs, then embossed it & used the white Signo pen on the shell so you can see it better. Then I used the MS branch punch on lime cs dp. The shell is raised with a 3D square. I used my SU matt stack & pierced 3 rolls of holes along the bottom. I decided to place a whole roll of yellow pearls just above that rather than the ribbon.

Congratulations again.

This is for today's inspiration challenge called Ace of Cakes. I chose this bird CAKE as my inspiration.

I used GP white cs as the base. I adhered a strip of dark gray cs for the thin layer on the bottom. I cut a strip of gray adhesive cs, ran it through the CB embossing strip folder with the circles (not sure name), then added the white adhesive pearls. I adhered it to the dark gray cs. I stamped the branch with SU Going Gray directly onto the GP white cs. I used several different prima flowers to cover the stamped flowers underneath. I used a SU yo-yo yellow marker to color the little flowers because I didn't have small yellow flowers. I also used the SU yellow marker on the white flowers to add color. I added mini white brads to the centers & 3D dots. I stamped the bird with SU gray ink, colored with the SU yo-yo marker, cut out added diamond dust to the white areas of the bird & he's also raised with a 3D dot. I decided to stamp the sentiment with black stazon after the card was done....hopefully it didn't smear to much.

This is for today's challenge with lots of layers. I used textured teal cs as the base. I layered with GP white cs, then ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder. I layered again with the teal cs, the SU rose romance. I stamped the branch with black stazon on GP white cs. I ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder, colored with a SU Taken With Teal marker for the leaves. I adhered a paper teal bird from Reflections. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon after I ran it through the CB. I used the MS branch punch on SU old olive cs & again with the teal cs. I added paper flowers that came with the bird.

I had to flip the layout to make my branch fit with the bird.

It's 1:35am & finally I came up with an idea...my goodness.....got to get up in 4.5hrs

TLC320 CAS114 Welcome Baby

This is for technique challenge which is scallop punch on a curve & for the CAS challenge to get our inspiration from BABY BIBS.

I had these pre cut Bazzill scallop strips so I decided to try the technique that way, I cut almost to the edge of the scallop, I used tacky tape on the back of the dotted dp after I traced the circle with a stencil. It's not perfect but I like the turn out. I used my sewing machine to do zig zag stitching around the circled edge & the scallop. I stamped the the monkey with black stazon on cream cs, traced another circle & cut out then colored with SU markers. I stamped the tree, colored then cut out & adhered to the cream circle. The sentiment is stamped with black stazon. The base of the card is black bazzill cs & I layered with textured teal cs then ran it through the CB circles folder twice. I added 3 medium red pearls to the top & bottom corners. I also added a red prima flower & adhered a Reflections beaded flower for the center.

I hope this works for both challenges. I was in the middle of making a monkey quilted tote bag & quilt to match & now I have a card to go with it.

I used GP white cs as the base, made it a 5X5 card. I used S.E.I. double sided dp as the 1st layer then the again on the flowered layer. I used the CB Floral Screen on GP white cs, then used the MS border punch. I had these paper flowers from Reflections, then used the MS branch punch using the same peachy dp. I stamped the butterfly with the same peachy dp with versa mark, used white embossing powder then heat gun to set. I cut out, then added pearls for the body. It's adhered with sticky zots. (I wish I had a BIG butterfly punch, that's why I went with this idea)

I think my girls got into my gold embossing powder because there were some black specs in the bottle.

This is for the Inspiration Challenge to choose from Cox & Cox website. I chose this cute country apple PURSE as my inspiration.
The base of the card is GP white cs. I adhered the same size dotted dp & made a 5X5 to fit my apple better.
I started out by by tracing the apple out of my Debbie Mumm quilt book with tracing paper. I then cut out the pattern, then traced it again on the K&Company dotted dp which had pink dots so I took my white Signo gel pen covered all the dots to make white dots. I used my sewing machine to do zig zag stitching on the apple, leaf & stem in the coordinating colors. The stem is SU Chocolate Chip cs & the leaf is DCWV dp. I used a strip of bazzill red ric rac from Just The Edge
across the top & sewed a straight stitch in the center. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon directly onto the dotted dp.

This is for the sketch challenge. I used GP white cs as the base. I layered with mustard cs, then teal textured cs. I ran the teal cs through the CB Bubbles folder. I added a piece of sticky teal mesh. I small coral dp is from Imaginisce which is also layered with the mustard cs. I stamped the fish with black stazon on GP white cs, colored with SU markers, cut out then used a 2way glue & added Diamond Dust. I stamped the coral with SU Baroque Burgundy 4 times, but then only cut out 2 to make it look with 3D with 3D dots. The fish is adhered with a 3D dot. I added light teal rhinestones for the bubbles. I used the CB bubbles frame die cut & embossed folder on mustard cs. The fish panel is also raised with 3D dots. I used a medium oval circle punch on mustard cs, then used a small oval scallop punch on GP white cs. I hand wrote the sentiment with a black fine sharpie pen and added a rhinestone.

I told myself I wasn't going to stay up past midnight tonight, did I? Nope!

This is for the Ways To Use It challenge to use flowers. I used my new CB folder on GP white cs, pierced holes in the centers of the flowers on the cake then added medium black brads. I adhered a MS pink ribbon bow. The base of the card is SU basic black cs. I used the triple flower punch to make the flowers with pink & black cs, then added mini white brads for the centers. They are raised with 3D dots.

I decided to combine the color challenge which is similarities to blue, olive & teal to some similarities & the sketch challenge to get my mojo going, just was to tired last night.
I used GP white cs the base. I layered all papers with G.C.D. Studios Morning Glory doubled sided dp, then flipped the one print & layered with the solid blue. I used the CB Birds & Swirls folder on the small olive strip dp. I stamped the image with black stazon, colored with SU markers & added small white pearls for the centers of the flowers. I used the long sizzix flourish die cut on the blue dp & adhered it underneath the main panel which is raised with 3D squares. I used the MS Butterfly punch on the same dp's, then added more pearls for the body. I also added pearls along the side on the olive printed dp.

You can barely see the Bird for my desert on the olive panel, but it's there.

I hope this works for the color challenge. I'm thinking this may work for the spotted canary challenge too.

It's 1:24am, my typical time going to bed on a work night.

This is for the CAS challenge which is called Cut Up Sentiment. I wanted to play with my new CB embossing folder. The base of the card is GP white cs as well as the 2nd layer. I ran it through the CB Butterfly embossing folder, tied a white sheer & satin ribbon. I added 2 medium white pearls to the butterflies. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on GP white cs, then cut out & popped the words with 3D dots.

This is for the technique challenge called "Follow The Edge"...I admit it took awhile, but I like the way it came out. Thanks Joan for a cool technique.
I used purple cs as the base. I layered with GP white cs, then again with the GP white cs. I stamped the butterflies with versa mark ink, then used Moss embossing powder, heat gun to set, then ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder & cut out the edges. I added a purple rhinestone to each butterfly. I used bazzill olive cs as the liner on the inside. I used the versa mark ink for the sentiment, then white embossing powder then heat gun to set. I used what I had left over of the CB dotted background & punched a butterfly then added a purple rhinestone to it.
The sentiment says "Chase your dreams, you might catch one".

The card base is GP white cs. I layered with SU chocolate chip cs. The dp is from Bo Bunny Press Beachy Keen Words. I used my sewing machine to stitch around the dp. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs. I colored with SU markers, sponged with SU more mustard. I again used the sewing machine to stitch around the image I layered with Bazzill Olive cs. I tied an olive ribbon underneath. I added a beach ball brad for the center of the flower. The image is raised using 3D dots.

I made this card for my twin sister Bonnie (okstamper) I wish I could be there for her when she needs me, so I thought I would make her a card.
I made SU Rose Romance as the base, I layered with blue bazzill cs. I typed the sentiment is computer generated several times over on GP white cs. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs, layered with SU rose romance cs. I paper pieced the outfits & used my primascolor pencils to color. I tied DMC floss on the button then adhered it to the prima flower. I panel is raised with 3D squares & the flower is adhered with a sticky dot.

Things I changed: Omitted the ribbon, added layers, changed sentiment.

Here's my 2nd card for tonight on 2 different challenges, just realized it was 1:05am.
This is for today's sketch challenge. All yellow printed dp is Cloud 9 Design, the white layers is GP white cs. I pink dp is also Cloud 9 Design. I stamped the flowers with black stazon on GP white cs, stamped the flowers again, colored with SU markers then cut out the centers & used 3D dots. I used the MS Picket Fence punch using the same yellow dp. I used a piercer and added a gold dragonfly brad. The flower panel is raised using 3D dots.

Thanks for the great layout. I flipped the layout in order to use these flowers.

Better late than never I guess. This is for the CAS111 sketch challenge from Lisa Lara CARD.
I used GP white cs as the base. The dotted dp is ran through the CB Diamonds In The Rough folder. I pierced 2 holes in each corner to add 2 blue button brads. I traced a small pattern of the dresden plate out of my quilt book, then traced each one on 8 different dp's. I then cut out & adhered to white cs, again cut out the whole dresden plate, then ran it through the CB Textile folder. I also used a black fine uniball pen to do faux stitching. I stamped the bunny with black stazon, colored with SU markers, then the faux stitching around the circle which I used a medium circle punch. It's raised with 3D squares. I used a bow punch on blue dp & added a pink pearl. (not sure if I like placement of the bow). The sentiment is stamped with black stazon as well as the 3 buttons on the bottom. I colored the buttons with SU markers.
I think this would be ok for the Spotted Canary challenge too.

This is for the Free For All challenge, which is How Does Your Garden Grow.
I decided to do a tall card. The card base is GP white cs. I used My Mind's Eye dp's, stitched down the seam using a zig zag stitch, plus also stitched 2 lines down the dotted dp. I used the scallop border punch on the long edge. I wrapped hemp around then tied a organdy gold ribbon bow, then tied a silver flower pot charm using silver wire. I added the birthday sentiment hardware. I used the Sizzix layered flowers die cut on pre-embossed dp, adhered 2 paper flowers, then added big pearls for the centers. I stamped the stitched lines for the stems, used a black sharpie and drew the leaves. I used the MS butterfly punch, added pearls for the body.

I made this card while it was snowing outside, can't wait for spring.

This is today's Way To Use It challenge involving "smiles" on your card. I used GP white cs the base. The dp panel is from G.C.D. Studios Dbl sided dp from Big Lots. I used the Nesties die cuts for the 2 scallop layer panels, then embossed. My pen pal Becki on Kotas made these paper flowers for me, I added pearl & silver brads for the centers. I used the Sizzix branch punch on the same dp using the Cuttlebug. I also cut a piece of lime green dp, then tied a ribbon. I used a sentiment hardware that says "smile" so it was perfect.

Just when I was about to go to bed, this challenge came out. I promised myself I would go to bed early, but it's 1:00am now.

This is for today's sketch challenge. I needed to make a birthday card my daughter who's turning 8 today, I knew I wasn't going to have time tomorrow. She loves skulls & pink, this is what I came up with.

I used SU basic black as the base. I layered with GP white cs, then The Paper Company shimmery black dp. The polka dot dp is from Making Memories. I used the CB skull die cut first on the black shimmery dp, then again used the CB skull emboss folder. I had some adhesive ribbon with stars, so I cut out the stars & made the eyes, then added mini pink rhinestones for the centers. I used a bow punch on pink cs, then added a white pearl. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on GP white cs, layered with SU basic black cs. I added pink rhinestones on the corners. I used 3D dots on the skull & the sentiment.

I can't believe it's almost 1:30am, just think I started out with purses & flowers....didn't end up that way.

This is for today's color challenge which is soft suede, baja breeze, crumb cake & neutrals. I didn't have any of the new colors so I hope I came close enough.

I used SU Chocolate Chip cs as the base, layered with SU creamy caramel cs, then bazzill tan textured cs. I stamped the flowers with Walnut Stain distress ink onto DCWV teal textured dp. I used the MM eyelet setter to put brown eyelets in the 3 main flowers. I used the MS border fence punch on SU creamy caramel, then adhered a piece of SU chocolate chip cs on the plain space of the fence. I used the Nesties die for the sentiment using SU creamy caramel cs. I used SU taken with teal ink around the edges, then stamped the sentiment with the walnut distress ink. I also used the MS leaf punch using the DCWV teal dp, added a tan prima flower & a brown button. The sentiment panel is raised with 3D dots. I used the MS triple butterfly punch on SU chocolate chip cs.

Congratulations to Bridget for being Featured Stamper. I've always admired your gallery & your generous comments on my cards. I chose Bloomin' Gold as my inspiration to CASE.
I used Reflections pink cs as the base & for the 2nd layer too. I used SU Love & Happiness Rub Ons for the white flower swirls, added mini white pearls to the small flowers. I had just bought these pre-made white flowers 3D die cuts at Target for $2.40 (pkg of 38) on clearance. I added a string of white pearls, then adhered a Zot sticky dot for the big white pearl & put in on the string of pearls. The sentiment is also from the SU Hope & Happiness Rub Ons. I wanted to use white as the base, but then couldn't use the rub ons since they were white.

Things I changed: omitted the embossing, pre-made flowers & colors.

IC275 Fossil Patchwork

This is for today's inspiration challenge. We were to choose something from the Fossil website to create something. I chose this cute HANDBAG.

I used gray cs as the base, made it into a 5X7 card to make it work. I used a medium square punch on gray, burgundy, peachy orange & GP white cs, then cut into triangles. I adhered them on a piece of lined cs, just to get them as straight as I can, but it didn't work out that way. I used a black fine sharpie pen to make the notches around each triangle as well as the outside of the panel. I stamped the flower with black stazon on the peachy cs, made 2 flowers, cut out & added a black button with white DMC floss. I also added 2 black flourish chipboard glitter stickers underneath.

I decided to combine 2 challenges which are Free For All-On Edge & Queen For The Day. Congratulations Jill aka quillister, loved your gallery. I chose this cute Owl CARD.
I used SU creamy caramel as the base. I layered with lime green cs, again with the creamy caramel cs. The bird dp is DCWV Green Stack Recycled Paper. I stamped the bird with black stazon onto SU creamy caramel cs, colored with SU markers, cut out & added a gold rhinestone to the flower. I used a large circle punch on close to cocoa cs, then used a large scallop circle punch on creamy caramel cs. I used a circle stencil in order to sponge the circle, I used SU Green Galore ink. The bird is raised with 3D dots as well as the branch after I cut it out. I tied ribbon underneath 3 times. I used a medium scallop circle punch on lime green cs, then used a medium circle punch on SU really rust cs, than a smaller circle punch on creamy caramel cs. I hand wrote the sentiment with a black fine sharpie. It's also raised with 3D dots. I also added 3 more gold rhinestones. I used the white Signo gel pen around the edges of the lime green cs to make it look like faux stitching. That's the challenge for being on the edge.

Today's Way To Use It challenge was to use felt. I made a 4X4 card using SU rose romance as the base. I bought these felt coasters t Michaels (4/$1.00), cut the inside of the felt coaster which already had flowers hooked together. I made a felt frame. I cut a piece of GP white cs just a bit smaller to fit under the frame. I stamped the stem with SU old olive. I adhered 2 felt flowers to each stem, then strung a piece of wax purple twine through the felt buttons. I added a felt butterfly again, I bought at Michaels (24/$1.00) then stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

You can't beat the $1 bins at Michaels.

This is for today's sketch challenge. This also qualifies for the Spotted Canary Spring challenge. I used SU creamy caramel cs as the base. I layered with DCWV Purple Glitter dp, ran it through the CB Diamonds folder. I diamond dp is also DCWV, I used my sewing machine to stitch down both sides of the strip. I stamped the image with black stazon on SU creamy caramel cs, colored with SU markers, then layered with light purple cs. I added yellow pearls in one corner & a yellow prima flower with a pink button in the opposite corner. The main panel is raised with 3D dots.

I took this picture 4 times, couldn't get the shine off. It's 1:40am, need to get some zzzz's....4:30am comes quick.

I wanted to play in my friend's Use it Tuesday challenge for the 1st time & today's challenge was a sketch one which you can find HERE, this also makes for the Spotted Canary Spring challenge too.
I started with GP white cs. I layered with pink cs, the dp is K&Company. I also layered a strip of pink cs again with the dotted K&Company dp, then used a wide lace ribbon & again used a pink ribbon, then tied a knot. I stamped the image with black stazon, colored with SU markers on GP white cs. I stamped the image again, only to cut the flower & colored then popped it with a 3D dot, then added a pearl for the center. The flower panel is raised with 3D dots. I used white DMC floss on the pink buttons & stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

This is for the Spotted Canary Spring challenge contest. I made this into a 5.5X5.5 card using GP white cs as the base. I layered with light blue, yellow cs. All dp's are from K&Company Sweet Nector. I used the sewing machine to stitch around the 1st layers as well as the 2nd layers. I used the SU paper lace square doily. I also added a MS die cut tag. I stamped the flowers with black stazon on GP white cs, colored with SU markers. I stamped the big flower again, colored then cut out & used pop dots to make it pop. I stamped the word "bloom" in the center. I added green ribbon then adhered a big pink button then tied ric rac on the button. The main panel is raised with 3D dots.

This is for the CAS theme challenge is "humor". I don't know what processed me to buy this stamp at Big Lots for $2.00, maybe because it was cheap. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs, used a large square punch then colored with SU markers. I used light blue cs, ran it through the CB Swirls folder. I used an oblong (4 in one) punch, then hand wrote the sentiment with a black fine sharpie. I used pop dots on both the sentiment & the image panel.
This is a 4X4 card, the base of the card is GP white cs.

I used GP white cs for all layers. I used the CB Birds & Swirls folder. I then used the Sizzix scallop oval die twice, just to get 2 ovals so I can have one underneath the oval with silver cross sticker on it. I used a white satin ribbon underneath the scallop frame. The main panel is raised with 3D dots.
I don't normally make cross cards, but my daughter liked this one so I thought I would make one.

Things I changed: omitted the sentiment, changed ribbon placement & used white.

SC322 TLC314 Bunny Hop

Thanks Roxi for a great sketch. I decided to combine Monday's technique challenge TLC314 to make your ticket on your card.
I used SU Rose Romance as the base, ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder, used purple & yellow pre embossed dotted dp as the 2 strips. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs, colored with SU markers. I layered with lime green cs. I stamped the ticket which had a design around it, (just cut out the ticket part) with black stazon on blue cs (not sure color) then hand wrote the sentiment "Bunny Hop" with a black fine Uniball pen. To make the ticket fit on the card, I had to cut the bunny's ear and slipped the ticket underneath it, then I added a button with green hemp.

I've been wanting to use this bunny stamp for the longest time since I bought it at a stamping garage sale for $.50

This is for the CAS challenge which is The Great Outdoors. I stamped the image with black stazon directly on a MS Die Cut tag. I colored with SU markers. The die cut panel is raised with 3D dots. I used the CB Birds & Swirls folder through the GP white cs for the background & I also used GP white cs as the base. I adhered the ribbons to make the center flat with Zots so I could add the three buttons with DMC floss.

Crayon Quilt

This quilt was a request from my mom to make a quilt for a little girl. My mom bought everything included the batting. I never worked with Moda Fabrics & after working with it, it sure was nice. Great quality. All fabrics are 100% cotton. This quilt is called Trip Around The World. I used the directions from Eleanor Burns, my all time favorite quilter. I just love to follow Eleanor's directions so easy.

This is the back of the quilt. I decided to put some of the polka dots fabric in between the blues, because I didn't quite have enough blue. I think it turned out well. It was my mom's idea a long time ago to add a different strip down the middle.

This is for the inspiration challenge. We were to choose from the Serena & Lily website, so I picked the Bold & Graphic which is THIS.

I kind of took a little idea of the different designs to make my card.
I used SU basic black as the base. I layered with GP white cs, I used a heart open corner punch on the bottom 2 corners, I adhered a small piece of SU lime green cs underneath so the opening of the hearts would show through. I added a mini adhesive pearl to each heart. I used SU lime green cs, then used the MS Score to score diagonal lines then used the white Signo Gel pen over the scored lines. I used the Sizzix branch die cut on SU basic black. I used the Sizzix Die Cut flowers on SU basic black cs, then used used a flower punch for the centers and ran both pieces through the CB Swiss Dot folder. I added a big pearl for the centers. I used the MS triple butterfly punch with the SU basic black cs. I also stamped the sentiment with black stazon.
I think I like my card, I'm happy with it.

I used SU Lime card stock as the base. I had bought these pre made pleated wedding buttons Martha Stewart at Big Lots for $1.00, which were pins...so I took the 3rd layer off, stamped the sentiment on GP white cs with SU Only Orange ink & added a medium pearl for the center. I used a medium circle punch. I adhered it directly onto the circle that said VIP. I used a thin piece of green ribbon for the stem. I stamped the leaves with SU old olive ink onto SU old olive cs, cut out & adhered them to the stem.

This is for today's sketch challenge. I don't know why I had difficulties with deciding what to do. I started making a surfer card, didn't turn out that way. Anyways....

I used unknown peach cs as the base, I ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder. The green printed dp is from my new Mariposa Matstack DCWV. I tied white ribbon to hide the seam. I used a medium square punch on GP white cs, then added S.E.I. alphabet stickers. I layered with Bazzill Olive cs. All for squares are raised with 3D dots. I added a felt olive butterfly I got at the Michaels $1 bin, (you get 24 butterflies) to the top right corner.

TLC313 Bargello Quilt

This is for the technique challenge which is making a Bargello. I followed Joan's directions, which you can find HERE. I then used the nesties to make the shape after I made all the strips using My Mind's Eye dp. I layered with SU Chocolate Chip cs, then cut around the shape. I used my sewing machine to make the zig zag stitching around the shape as well as the lines in between. I also ran it through the CB Sawtooth folder. The base of the card is SU Chocolate Chip cs, I layered with My Mind's Eye rose dp & again with SU Creamy Caramel cs. I used my sewing machine again to do a tighter zig zag stitch around the creamy caramel & rose dp, then used the CB Sawtooth folder again. I also decided to add a piece of chocolate ribbon underneath the main shape. Then I adhered the panel to the base of the card. I added cream swirl pearls, used the MS Branch punch on SU More Mustard cs. I used DMC cream floss through the brown buttons, hot glued them to the prima flowers.

This was up my alley tonight as I was making quilt cards this afternoon....shhhh! I'm suppose to be working on 2 quilts.

Pinwheel Quilted Flowers

I was going to make a bigger version of my quilted rose card, but went the opposite direction. I used the small square punch on different colors of cs. I then cut into triangles. I also made the butterflies the same way. I cut 2 thin strip of green cs for the stems. The base of the card is SU Creamy Caramel. I then used the CB Sawtooth folder for the embossing. I added a 3D sentiment in the right corner.
I'm hooked making quilted cards by using paper.

T-Shirt Bags

My 2 girls and last minute went to Michaels, they were giving classes on how to make bags from t-shirts. I thought my girls were a little to young, but the lady said it was perfect for them, but you need supervision because of the scissors.
Kaitlyn who is 7 made the pink one & Erin who is 6 made the purple one. They picked out zafari ribbon, cut a scoop off the neck, cut the sleeves from the inside, then cut the bottoms into strips, tied knots...and you got a bag.

Quilted Rose

I've been seeing all these wonderful quilted cards so I thought I would try one since I'm an avid quilter & I thank my mom for that, she's the one that took my twin sister Bonnie (okstamper) to our 1st quilting class when we were 18yrs old, now 28 yrs later we are still quilting.
Thanks to Debbie aka grammatroll who inspired me by her card which you can find HERE.
I used SU Creamy Caramel as the base, made it a 5.5X5.5 card. I then used the CB Sawtooth folder twice on the SU Creamy Caramel cs. I layered with S.E.I. double sided dp. I didn't have the right 3/4" square punch so I did the long way by using the 3/4" CB die cut square one by one 40 times, but I was determined to get it done. I made all the squares with the S.E.I. double sided dp, adhered all the pieces onto brown cs. I then used the CB Sawthooth folder after the block was made. I adhered premade cream pearl swirls, then tied a cream lace bow & hot glue it to the block, then hot glued the prima flower to the bow.

I made this for my mom who will be 86yrs old next month, I thought this would be perfect.

This is for the inspiration challenge. We were to choose something from WallTAT website & I chose these cool flowers that were on a CAR.
The base of the card is GP white cs. I stamped the big flowers with SU Only Orange ink, then colored them in with the SU Only Orange Marker. I used a mini flower punch on SU Pumpkin Pie cs. I used a ruler to draw in the straight lines with the SU Only Orange Marker...(need another marker, the fine tip is out almost). I added mini gold adhesive beads to all the flowers. I used the MS Butterfly punch on SU Pumpkin Pie cs, adhered it to the white cs & added medium gold beads.

I had to ask my 7yr daughter what to name my card, she came up with Orange Garden which was perfect.

This is for the Ways To Use It challenge which is Gradient using silhouette stamping.
I used SU creamy caramel as the base. I used the MM corner rounder on the bottom edges. I layered with teal printed dp from 29th Street. I then used another double sided dp from 29th Street flipped it to use the brown side, then the printed side as the 1st layer. I also used the MM corner rounder just on the bottom corners. I used a scallop border punch on the same brown dp. I then stamped the bird directly on the dp with black stazon, then colored the bird with a black sharpie to give it more black. I used the MS branch punch on the teal printed dp, added a cream prima flower & a tan brad for the center. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon.

I decided to combine the color challenge & the sketch challenge. The color challenge was to use yellow, blue, green & twine.
I used SU old olive cs as the base. I ran it through the CB Floral Fantasy folder. I layered all the panels with Bazzill Navy cs. I used a flower adhesive dp on one panel, on the other panel, I used yellow embossed dotted dp. I stamped the butterflies with versa mark on GP white cs. I used Antiquities Ocher embossing powder then heat gun to set. I added blue adhesive pearls to each butterfly. I used the SU Matt Stack, pierced holes on the corners of the white panel. The panel is raised with 3D dots. I also tied bakers twine to the dotted panel, then added a birthday hardware with tacky tape. I also added larger blue adhesive pearls to each corner of the flower dp.
I'm wondering if it's to many pearls on the butterflies.

I took my inspiration from NancyK's CARD.
This is a 4X4 card using SU Creamy Caramel cs. I used the MS flower border punch on the top layer. The printed flower dp is Cloud 9, I stitched around the edges with cream thread, it's not perfect that's what's bugging me. I layered with Cloud 9 dp's, then used adhesive chipboard letters for the sentiment. I added a satin brown ribbon underneath. I also added 2 ready made 3D cream paper flowers with sparkles & pearls which is adhered with 3D dots.

Fireman Tote Bag

Bird card by 6yr old

My 6yr old daughter Erin wanted to make a card for my mom while I was making a card for the FS challenge.
She used SU basic black cs as the base, layered with SU purple cs, then ran it through the CB Swiss Dot folder. She stamped the image with black stazon on white cs, colored with SU markers. I had an extra CB Butterfly cut out so she glued it on top & added a silver bead. The only thing I did was tie the white cording & made a bow.

Erin's only allowed to use my SU stuff when I'm working on cards.

Congratulations to Charlene aka Willow01 for being Featured Stamper. You have such a cute gallery it was hard to pick. I chose this cute friendship CARD.
I used SU basic black as the base, layered with SU purple cs, then used GP white cs. I used the CB Butterfly Die cut on the same color cs. I added mini silver adhesive beads to the butterflies. I tied a stretchy black ribbon then tied a knot. I sentiment "hello" is adhered to the front of the card.

Things I've changed: Butterflies from flowers, colors & hardware.

I wish I could of stayed awake to do this challenge, just couldn't do it...month end week was busy. This is for today's inspiration challenge to choose something from the Santa Barbara Chic sight, so I chose this
CARD as my inspiration.
I used SU Basic Black cs as the base. I used the CB flower die cuts on SU real red cs, then SU positively pink cs. I used the 2 way glue on the pink flowers, then used Diamond Dust. I also added a black rhinestone for the center. I used the Sizzix branch die cut on SU green cs, then again with yellow cs just for the thin stem. I added another leaf towards the bottom. I then stamped the sentiment with versa mark ink, used white embossing powder then heat gun to set.

Valentine Lollipop Holders

I needed or should I say I wanted to make lollipop holders for my 2 girls classes. There's a total of 50. I used regular red cs, next time I'll use my SU just more sturdy. I used a medium scallop circle punch on one side & a large scallop square punch on the other side. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on regular white cs. I stamped the other image where the names will go on the other side. I added one sticker heart to each one.

I was wide awake when Roxi sent email notification for today's challenge, now it's almost 1:00am & barely posting my card. I used DCWV textured teal cs as the base. The pattern paper is from Colorbok called Black Dress. I used the MS Border punch on the SU basic black cs strip, then layered with SU pink cs. I used my eyelet setter to add the black eyelets to each corner. I tied a black ribbon around the pink cs then tied a knot. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on GP white cs. I added 2 primas flowers then a mini black brad for the center, the flower is raised using a 3D dot. I added mini adhesive white pearls to the points of the border punch. I used the MS score pal, scored 4 lines on the bottom of the teal cs. I added 3 medium adhesive pearls as well.

CAS105 Butterflies

Today's CAS challenge was to use peach parfait, poppy parade, daffodil delight & white, well since I didn't have the exact colors I hope I came close.
I used GP white cs as the base. I also used it as the 2nd layer, ran it through the CB swiss dot folder, used the MM corner rounder on the top 2 corners. I used the MS Lace border punch on the bottom, added a strip of lace, then tied a satin bow. I had these sentiment hardwares that say "happy birthday" so I adhered it right above the lace. I used the MS butterfly punch on all 3 butterflies on DCWV adhesive dp's, added 3 silver adhesive beads to each butterfly and adhered just the bodies so they stand out more.

WT308 Hearts by 7yr old

My 7yr old daughter cut out hearts out of red cs, then glued on white cs and attached a red rhinestone to the larger heart. The other card, she drew the heart and added pink pearls and a piece of ribbon on the bottom and added pink stickers to each side. She made this while I took a nap. I thought this was perfect for today's challenge to add hearts on a card.
She will be surprised that I uploaded this.

WT308 Flower Hearts

Today's challenge to make something to do with hearts. I chose to make flowers. I used SU chocolate chip cs as the base. I also used SU chocolate chip as the 2nd layer, ran it through the CB Distress Stripes. I cut 1/8" strips of SU old olive cs for the stems, used the MS leaf punch adhered the leaves with 3D dots. I used the CB small heart die cuts on SU rose romance cs for the flowers, then ran the hearts through the CB swiss dot folder. I added prima flowers, then hot glued the green buttons on. I used a scallop border punch on SU rose romance cs adhered it underneath the teal dp. I tied a olive green ribbon, added 3 small prima flowers, then attached gold adhesive beads to the center.
It was to late to change the smaller flower after I realized it was to low, but I think it looks ok, do you?

SC318 Embossed Butterfly

I'm hoping this works for today's sketch challenge. I used SU Basic Black cs as the base. I layered with Cloud 9 Design pink dp. The also used SU Basic Black cs as the 2nd layer. The pink/cream embossed dp is Anne Griffin. I tied a stretchy black ribbon and actually made a real bow. I stamped the butterfly with versa mark onto the Cloud 9 pink dp, used black embossing powder & heat gun to set. I then cut out the butterfly. I added a medium pearl for the head. I used a small piece of tacky tape underneath the butterfly just enough for the wings to stand out. I added a medium pearl on each corner of the 1st layer.

TLC310 Peach Flowers

It's 1:36am on a work night, but I couldn't wait to do this challenge for tomorrow. Today's challenge is Heat Embossing on Dry Embossing. I used GP white cs as the base. I used the CB Script folder on GP white cs. I used my embossing buddy, then used the brayer with versa mark ink, rolled over the script embossed cs, then used white embossing powder, then heat gun to set. I used the CB to cut the nesties & emboss with GP white cs. I stamped the birdcage with SU Old olive ink, then added gold adhesive beads to the top & bottom. The panel is raised with 3D dots. My pen pal on Kotas here on SCS made me these wonderful paper flowers, so I decided to adhere these on each side. I used the MS Branch punch on SU Old Olive cs. I added medium white pearls to the centers of the flowers.

Congratulations Sue aka (TillyMint) for being Featured Stamper. I chose this CARD.

I used GP white cs as the base. I layered with SU Not Quite Navy cs. I had just bought a paper pack from Joanns of different blues & another pack of different pinks. The 3 different panels are made by Cloud 9 Design. I used the MS Picket Fence border punch, wrapped a piece of DMC floss across the bottom of the fence. I used the MS Triple Butterfly punch on Not Quite Navy & again with the middle panel light blue for the smaller butterfly & added a blue pearl to the center. I used a tiny blue pearl on the flower on the middle panel. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon onto a white tag, sponged around the edges with Not Quite Navy ink. I also added a blue/silver rhinestone brad to the center of the knitted white flower & adhered it just above the tag.

IC269 Fairy

Today's inspiration challenge was to choose something from Rooms by Zoya. I chose this fairy FABRIC.
I used burgundy bazzill cs as the base. I layered with pale pink SU cs (not sure of color). I stamped the image with black stazon on watercolor paper, colored with primascolor pencils, mineral spirits & blending stumps. I used the 2 way glue on the strawberry, added Diamond Dust. I layered with green cs. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on GP white cs, used a medium circle punch then again used the medium scallop circle punch. I added a pink rhinestone flower on the center of the sentiment to hide the image. I added 3 pink pearls to the side. I had this sheer pretty ribbon so I used it across the card because I couldn't find the right dp to use. The panel & sentiment are both adhered with 3D dots.

I was so excited last night that the challenge was posted early, however I couldn't stay up to do it, I was pooped. This is for an 8yr old girl who's birthday is today.
