I am here to share my creations with you. I love making cards using rubber stamps. I also enjoy quilting whenever I get the chance. You can contact me by clicking on my profile, then you'll see my email. Thanks for visiting.
I've been married for 16yrs now on June 14th (Flag Day). I have 2 wonderful daughters ages 10 and 12. I'm originally from San Diego, I've been in Colorado for 12 yrs now. Love it, just miss the beach. I have a twin sister who's also into stamping and quilting. I've been stamping for over 14 years now. I'm also an avid quilter for 25yrs. My mom took my twin sister and I to our first quilting/sewing class when we were 18yrs old and I've been making quilts ever since. My other hobby besides crafting is being on our Harley with my husband.
I made this for my neighbor who I thought needed a bag too since I made her 3 daughters tote bags. Her sister has or had breast cancer & she mentioned that she liked the ribbon fabric & I had it so this was perfect. Her colors were black, charcoals & pinks. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
I made this bag for a friendly neighbor who just got out of the hospital. She loves pink, black & white so my daughter picked out the fabrics. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I lined it with polyester batting.
Well my 9yr old daughter asked me to make a smaller bag using younger fabrics for girls. I was going to make a regular tote then switched directions & went for a rectangle. It has a Velcro closure. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used thin polyester batting. I'll be making more of these.
A different change of pace. I've been making regular 16X16 quilted tote bags so I thought I'd make a smaller bag. This bag measures 9X11 when finished. I used polyester batting & did simple quilting, added lining & button.
I'm on vacation this week so I thought I would make a few bags. I've been wanting to use my daisy fabric. I also decided to switch things around & use 2 strips of prints rather the 3 I'm used to making. I like the outcome so I'll be making more. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
This was a request to make a bag using frogs, butterflies or turtles. I already had the frogs & the coordinating fabrics so I thought this would be perfect. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used thicker polyester batting.
Gosh, the weekend isn't over yet & I made 3 tote bags already. I wanted to make a thank you gift to our teenage neighbor who had given my 7yr daughter a biker's leather jacket, it actually is a small version of my husbands. To cute. I asked her what colors she likes & she chose blacks, blues & whites. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
Well after making 2 bags this weekend, 1 for my babysitter & the other for her younger sister, I wanted to make another bag for their youngest sister who is 10yrs old. Again, I left her pick out fabrics from my stash. She loved it. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
I made this for my babysitter's sister who loved her sister's butterfly tote bag that she asked me to make her one too. I let her pick out fabrics from my stash & I even had her choose the way she wanted the layout done. She loved it. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
I've been wanting to make a tote bag for our baby sitter. She's always willing to watch my girls even on short notice. My 7yr daughter picked out the fabrics. It has rhinestones on the printed fabrics. All fabrics are 100% cotton & I used polyester batting.
