I don't know what processed me to make a Halloween card tonight, but I did. Congrats to Sallie aka hobbydujour for being Featured Stamper. I chose this card as my inspiration.
I started with GP white cs and made a square card. I layered with orange Imaginisce DP, SU black cs and again with the Imaginisce DP. I used the large scallop circle on SU black cs, then used the medium scallop circle on the orange Imaginisce DP. I then used a small circle punch on GP white cs. I stamped the pumpkin with black stazon and colored with BIC It Markers. I added 2 olive green adhesive rhinestones for the eyes. I used a medium black sharpie for the dots around the pumpkin and a white Signa Pen to make the dots around the black scallop circle. I used a medium oval punch on SU black cs and a small oval punch on the same orange dp. I changed direction of the ovals because the sentiment was to big and it would of hid the oval. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon on GP white cs and layered with SU black cs. I used the MM corner rounder on the 2 opposite corners. I also used orange/black gingham ribbon, tied a bow. I cut off the tabs of the candy corn brad and used the hot glue gun to attach it to the ribbon.
Things I changed: Holiday, colors, switched placement of the ovals.
Stamps:Studio G $1 Wood Stamps
Paper:Imaginisce DP, GP White CS, SU Basic Black CS
Accessories:MM corner rounder, ribbon, candy corn brad, hot glue gun, medium oval punch, small oval punch, large scallop circle punch, medium scallop circle punch, small circle punch, BIC It Markers, Signa White Pen, Medium Black Sharpie Pen, olive green adhesive rhinestones

These are cards made by my 2 daughters Kaitlyn & Erin. When I walked in the door from coming home after work, they were in the process of making my birthday cards. I think that's the sweetest and it's better than store bought cards.
I made this vegetable tote bag upon request from a vendor of mine. She had requested vegetable fabrics because her mother loves to work in her garden and thought this would be a nice gift for her. She asked me if I could make her a tote bag. Of course, I said yes.

I've been wanting to make a tote bag for the longest time using the pink ribbon fabric. I finally made a decision on what fabrics to use. My husband thought it was a good idea to use black in
the bag. All fabrics are 100% cotton including the Warm & Natural batting. I made this for a long time friend who's always been like a sister to me. Love ya Candi.

Well, I keep getting these requests from my daughters to make their little girlfriends tote bags. I made this for Erin's little friend Zoe. Her mother said that she will just love it and thanks me very much for thinking of her daughter. The other 2 small tote bags are already being carried around in school which makes me feel good. I made this also with the same set of fat quarters that the peace fabric came with. All fabrics are 100% cotton including the Warm & Natural Batting for the inside. I decided to add a bigger button to the flower.

Congratulations to Die Cut Viva for being Featured Stamper. I couldn't make up mind when I browsed the her wonderful gallery, but I did manage to pick this one:
I started with SU Real Red cs as the base. I used GP White cs as the 2nd layer. I then added the red/white gingham DCWV dp for the 3rd layer. I thought the white layer needed something, so I added black dots and squirly lines. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs, colored with SU markers. I layered with the SU real red and basic black cs. I also used the SU Matt stack with my piercer around the edges. I used the MS border punch on the red. I added tiny self stick pearls to the points on the border holes. I used the CB to cut the Sizzix oval tags on GP white cs and basic black. I stamped the sentiment with black stazon and added a red bling heart brad to cover the hole on the tag. The tag is raised using 3D dots. I used my hot glue gun to put the bow on the card and added a red button.
Things I changed: Colors, left the hanging tag off, image, added squirly lines and dots around the edges.
Thanks for the challenge. it's almost 1:00am and this is perfect for my daughter's little friend's birthday.

After coming home from dinner celebrating my daughter's 6yr birthday, we had homemade cheesecake and then it was time to get the girls ready for bed.

I layered with eggplant envy cs on all the layers and again with Cloud 9 designs dp. I striped dp has a bit of glitter to it. I stamped the image with black stazon on GP white cs, sponged with more mustard ink and colored with SU markers. The image is raised with 3D dots. I then tied a yellow ribbon. I added mini self stick pearls to the flowers
The flower image stamp was given to me by my pen pal Pearl on Kotas.

I started out making this tote bag the same way as I did my other bigger totes with 4 1/2" squares. I used a fat quarter bundle from Wal-Mart and decided to change things up a bit. After I sewn all 16 squares together, I decided to cut a 7 1/4" diagonal off each side and made a triangle tote bag. I was going to add wooden handles but I couldn't figure it out so I made a fabric handle and attached to each side. I then made a button loop and attached a black & gold button to the bag as my closing. I thought it went perfect with the gold tints of the fabric. All fabrics and batting are 100% cotton.
I decided to use fabrics from the same fat quarter bundle that I made the first peace tote with. It work out well. This is for another little girl that are my daughter is best friends with. I love the bling on the yellow fabric. I made another fabric flower and added a green button. All fabrics are 100% cotton including the Warm & Natural batting inside. I did free hand stitching to make the lines.

My 2 daughters wanted me to make their little girlfriends a bag, using peace fabric. I used fat quarters to make this bag. I quilted the lines in both directions. (I think that took the longest) I got the idea from Pink Paper Peppermints to make the fabric flowers. You can find it here. She gives great directions. I then used my hot glue gun to attach the purple button and sewed the whole flower to the bag. This is for a 7yr girl who just loves anything that has peace. All fabrics are 100% cotton including the lining. I used warm & natural batting for the inside. I also sewed on a small piece of Velcro for the closing of the bag.
